This skirt was handcrafted in Hamilton County, Indiana. It stretches and is made from thicker fabric that is super soft to the touch. The thicker fabric will help hide the inner garments underneath, especially since this is a bodycon piece. The skirt is meant to make a statement. There is a slit at the side that is 8" long. The waist of the skirt stretches between 28"- 40". The hips stretch between 36" and 50" and the skirt is 28" to 33" long from the waist to the bottom hem.
